  • Deposit: 50% to reserve your shoot date

  • Balance: Due upon delivery of final images

  • Cancellation:

    • Full refund if canceled 72+ hours before shoot

    • Within 72 hours, deposit is retained (rescheduling possible if available)

  • Have all lights working and matching in color temperature

  • Remove clutter and personal items from visible areas

  • Clean windows, mirrors, and floors

  • Make beds, fluff cushions, and tidy countertops

  • Open blinds where views add value; close if distracting

  • Ensure the space is ready and free of occupants during the shoot

  • A downloadable homeowner prep guide will be sent after booking.
